Entry to the Tornidirrup National Park requires a
standard National Park entry fee. This is easily payable at the entry to the park where
you can purchase a ticket and display it in your windscreen. There were loads of parking
bays and they were expanding the whole area when we visited. Please note, there are no
toilets here, so be aware!
This is the Natural Bridge in Albany. The natural
bridge has been formed over millions of years by the pounding Great Southern Ocean.
In the right weather conditions, the water and waves
here are ferocious. The energy here is absolutely amazing and the whole place has a
certain vibe and atmosphere that is hard to describe. It's almost like a mixture of fear
and excitement amongst nature!
All of the walkways are easily accessable for those
who are disabled. The surfacee used is a very small grate that feels like it's made of
some sort of composite material. It's very grippy even in wet weather. As a added bonus,
you can see all of the little critters walking under you!
The videos below give you a idea of the waves. In my
next videos I am going to hold the camera more steady!
